We have a job opening for a Bridal Store Assistant Manager with a strong customer service background to work at their location in Osseo. This company is involved in many Bridal Expos throughout the year as well as style shoots in the local Mpls/St. Paul area.

Your Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Provide great customer service to customers, vendors, and team members ·
  • Train, mentor, and develop employees as well as assist in planning/leading team meetings ·
  • Assist brides in selecting wedding attire and train sales team ·
  • Work directly with Operations Manager and team to help increase sales, through processes ·
  • Oversee scheduling and delegate duties as needed · POS, Inventory, and Social Media Posts ·
  • Work directly with Operations Manager daily
